After 7 days we'll still consider a refund if you haven't substantially used what it unlocked — for example, you bought it and never launched a large league or a Combine. Just ask.
Refunding Ultimate removes the features it unlocked. Competitions you already ran keep their results; you simply won't be able to create new ones that need Ultimate.
The Answer Key is information: once you've seen it, it can't be returned. So:
If the key didn't unlock after you paid, that's a bug, not a purchase. Email us and we'll either fix your access or refund you, whichever you prefer.
Email support@theprovingground.app from the address you used at checkout, and tell us what you bought. That's it — no form, no phone call.
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank typically posts it within 5–10 business days, which is Stripe's and their processing time, not ours.
Please email before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback locks the funds and takes months to resolve for both of us; a refund takes a couple of days. We would much rather just refund you.
Running a standard competition for up to 12 members, the draft order randomizer, and the sample test are free and always will be. You never need to pay to decide your league's draft order.
